FORMAT:
2-person, same sex teams will take on 6 movements. Each partner does 3 of the 6 movements and has 30 minutes to build to max weight.
WEIGHT CLASSES:
Men’s Light Weight - combined weight under 380
Men’s Heavy Weight - combined weight over 380
Women’s Light Wight - combined weight under 320
Women’s Heavy Weight - combined weight over 320
